Rules and Regulations
Wearing ID card is compulsory in the library. Entry details at Visitors Register are compulsory.- Readers should observe strict silence inside the Library.
- Use of Mobile phones is not permitted inside the Library premises.
- Library Timings 9-00 AM to 6 PM on all working days.
- Circulation section timings 9-00 AM to 6 PM.
- Loan period fifteen days.
- Two books are issued to UG
- Three Books for PG students.
- Users are not allowed to carry eatables/drinks inside the Library premises.
- Members are requested to keep their belongings at the entrance of the Library. However they are advised not to leave any valuables outside the library. These items are liable to be lost.
- Library users are strictly prohibited from taking the borrowed and stamped books again inside the library.
- Books will not be issued to members on the ID card of others.
- Books will be issued subject to availability only.
- Readers are not allowed to bring their personal books or any printed material (spiral/bound book) inside the Library.
- Readers should not talk or discuss as they may disturb other readers. Reading halls are meant for individual study and research only.
- Under special circumstances, the Librarian may refuse the issue of books or recall the books already issued from any member without assigning any reason thereof.
- Reference books, Newspapers, Magazines, Journals should not be taken out.
